Coaching Services

Coaching services are intended for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatry, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

General themes from coaching sessions may occasionally be referenced in educational or public content in fully anonymized form, with no identifying information disclosed.

Scheduling and Payments

Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are listed in applicable currency and may change at any time.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions, missed appointments, digital products, or services already delivered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

Appointments canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be forfeited and may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

Client Responsibility

Clients understand and agree that they are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, mental health, emotional wellbeing, relationships, finances, and outcomes.

Participation in coaching services is voluntary.

Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, branding, text, graphics, videos, downloads, and coaching materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, business, or personal damages arising from the use of this website or coaching services.
